• All maxim99 members are required to verify their bank accounts before or upon making their first deposit with Maxim99. As an international brand, our company policy ensures all customers are protected from unauthorized withdrawals or fraudulent activities made through your account at Maxim99.
• After verification is completed by our customer service team, members will be allowed to use the verified bank account for future deposits and withdrawals.
• If any members have more than 1 bank accounts and you wish to use this bank account, you can contact our customer service for the verification.
• In any circumstances, if we detected the deposits is from different bank account and is not verified before, the deposit will not be approved and member are required to provide the necessary detail to prove the bank account is belong to him/her. If member fail to prove it, the deposit will be return to the original bank account as detected by our system, this is to ensure no fraudulent activities.

• All Deposit and widthdrawal processing time are subject to online banking availability
• Withdrawal are only to be paid to individual bank account width the same REGISTERED name
• All members are allow to withdraw ONE time per day
